Conceived in 2016, Cardinal Cuisine took shape as a single proprietorship managed by two physicians, Dr. Eric Bandola and Dr. Angela Rodriguez-Bandola, both passionate about food and travel. Cardinal Cuisine aims to provide a joyous celebration anchored on flavorful food, by offering a wide range of cuisines and an excellent dining experience for all our clients. We take pride in sourcing only the finest ingredients from our trusted suppliers and follow stringent qualifications for food preparation, handling, and safety most especially in this better normal. In 2019, Cardinal Cuisine registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission as Cardinal Cuisine Food Concepts, Inc.

Our in-house chefs and cooks bring with them a combined 35+ years’ experience, coupled with extensive overseas exposure to international cuisine. Our wait staff possesses the requisite soft skills to enable them to be deeply service-oriented and anticipatory of our client’s specific needs. Our unbridled passion for flavor is matched only by our constant pursuit for continuous quality improvement as our staff members regularly undergo training and re-training, as well as research and development of the finest cuisines to continually improve our selections.

Today, Cardinal Cuisine is a highly innovative F&B organization involved in events catering, partnering with soon-to-wed couples for their wedding celebrations in Metro Manila and Southern Tagalog; handles private dining and full-service banquet catering; provides personally customized meals for food delivery services in Metro Manila and nearby environs; provides packed meals for various companies with a peak volume of 2,500-meals/serving time; operates a restaurant in The Park Silang resort hotel in Silang, Cavite; and, a food stall in the Makati CBD.
