Conceived in 2016, Cardinal Cuisine took shape as a single proprietorship managed by two physicians, Dr. Eric Bandola and Dr. Angela Rodriguez-Bandola, both passionate about food and travel.

Cardinal Cuisine aims to provide a joyous celebration anchored on flavorful food, by offering a wide range of cuisines and an excellent dining experience for all our clients.

We take pride in sourcing only the finest ingredients from our trusted suppliers and follow stringent qualifications for food preparation, handling, and safety most especially in this better normal.

In 2019, Cardinal Cuisine registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission as Cardinal Cuisine Food Concepts, Inc.

Since then, we’ve scaled up and developed different food solutions.
